As a certified Heart and Stroke instructor, I am deeply passionate about equipping you with prevention strategies and life-saving skills. My CPR training sessions are designed to help you gain essential knowledge in early recognition, CPR techniques for infants, children, and adults in cardiac arrest, as well as crucial skills for responding to choking incidents.

Basic Life Support (BLS)
CERTIFICATION FOR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS —

The Basic Life Support (BLS) course is the essential foundation for healthcare professionals and first responders, offering theoretical and hands-on skills to respond effectively to medical emergencies. This program provides an engaging and flexible learning experience through a new online platform, allowing you to choose between blended learning or traditional in-person courses.

Community Workshops
NON-CERTIFICATION
Community Workshops offer a dynamic and affordable learning experience. In these engaging two hour sessions, individuals can grasp fundamental CPR and choking response skills without formal certification, promoting community-wide safety awareness. These workshops provide valuable insights and empower participants to be proactive first responders in emergency situations.

Heartsaver® CPR AED
CERTIFICATION FOR VARIETY OF INDIVIDUALS —
HEART & STROKE FOUNDATION OF CANADA
The Heart & Stroke Foundations Heartsaver® course is a short foundational resuscitation program designed for individuals with little or no medical training, offering practical skills and knowledge to respond confidently in a cardiac arrest emergency. Upon successful completion, participants receive a CPR and AED use course completion card, valid for two years, suitable for employment and regulatory requirements. This program caters to a diverse audience, including healthcare professionals, non-healthcare professionals, volunteers, and the general public, fostering the development of life-saving skills tailored to various professions and interests.

NON-CERTIFICATION — UP TO 8 PEOPLE
Hosted in the comfort of your home, these personalized sessions cater to your specific needs, offering a focused and interactive learning experience for you, your family, and friends. In a group of up to 8 people you will gain essential life-saving skills under the guidance of a certified Heart and Stroke instructor. This includes - prevention strategies, early recognition, and life-saving techniques for infants, children, and adults experiencing cardiac arrest or choking situations.
