Birth Doula Services

I am so excited that you have considered inviting a doula on your journey.

Having continuous support from a doula has proven to increase satisfaction as well as birth outcomes. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout your pregnancy, birth & postpartum experience.

What Is A Birth Doula?

A doula is a compassionate and trained professional who offers non-medical support and guidance throughout your childbirth journey. Through pregnancy, during labor, and after delivery, I am here to provide continuous physical and emotional support.
No matter where, how, or what you choose for your birth, I'll be there for you.

“A doula enters the space of a labouring woman and is highly responsive and aware of her needs, moods, changes and unspoken feelings. She has no need to control or smother. Every pregnant woman should have the benefits of a doula. This person does not detract from the role of the baby's father (or co-parent) but instead leaves him (or her) free to do the very important job of loving the mother.”
